For this purpose, the models are equipped with a grippy Vibram outsole, which thanks to special ICETREK rubber compound provides optimum grip on snowy trails. Flexible, thanks to the directly injected midsole made of LOWA DynaPU and with lateral stability thanks to the innovative Support Frame, the shoe ensures an optimal step. To keep feet warm and dry even in cold, wet weather, the sturdy split leather with welded-on foil protection and the GORE-TEX Panda lining prevent moisture from penetrating. The sporty, functional lifestyle look is rounded off by a soft tweed trim on the collar and various design elements, so that the comfortable winter shoe can also be worn in everyday life without any problems.

GORE-TEX

Vibram IBEX Winter
The Vibram IBEX Winter impresses with a perfect combi nation of design and material composition. The design of the profile elements is based on the hooves of an ibex. This sharp-edged profile helps to find good grip on different surfaces. In addition, the ICETREK compound used has been specially developed for low and medium temperatures in winter to improve grip on very cold, icy or snowy surfaces.

Double Injection
To optimise the damping properties for specific applications, different layers are used in a complex gating process with the aim of optimising wearer comfort.

Dyna PU
Exclusively developed by LOWA. An optimized PU foam (polyurethane) for excellent damping and rebound properties.

Support Frame
The design gives the wearer enough support for off-road use with the slightly raised sole construction.
